Qualification and Experience Verification
Best247care conducts a thorough verification process to assess the applicant’s qualifications, training, and experience in line with the standards of the respective healthcare regulatory bodies. For nurses and midwives, we ensure compliance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) guidelines and assess the applicant’s capability to practice safely and effectively in their specific field.
English Language Requirements
To work as a healthcare professional with Best247care, applicants must meet the NMC’s English language requirements. This includes providing evidence of proficiency in the English language, ensuring effective communication and patient care. We accept various pieces of evidence, such as recent pre-registration qualifications taught and examined in English.
Experience and Registration
While minimum experience requirements have been removed since September 2018, applicants must demonstrate relevant registration and practice in their home country. Additionally, candidates with prior experience in a country where English is the first and native language and an English language assessment was required for registration are also considered.
Immigration and UKVI Approval
Applicants will be required to fulfill the UK’s immigration processes separately. This includes submitting a UKVI-approved English certificate to meet visa requirements.
